Achaia Clauss Winery

One of the few Muscat of Rio plots located at Platani Village in Muscat of Rio PDO

Antonopoulos Winery

Amygdalia first plot is situated at an altitude starting at 890 meters with clay-loam soil containing limestone.

Mikros Pontias Plot is situated at an altitude of 765 meters with clay-sandy soil and a 15% slope, which favors aeration.

Amygdalia top plot is situated at an altitude of 960 meters, with clay-loam soil containing limestone and schist.

Michaleika Plot is situated at an altitude of 780 meters. The block has a northeast exposure with good drainage capacity and is characterized by a Mountainous Mediterranean climate with cold winters and annual rainfall between 700–900 mm.

Castro Clauss Winery

The vineyard is located just before the entrance of the castle of Achaia Clauss and extends along the slope where vines were first planted in 1861. The current vineyards where replanted in 1970s making the vines 50 years old. The dominant variety in this plot is Mavrodaphne variety.

This plot is located at the south-west wall of the castle of Achaia Clauss. It is mostly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
