Harvest Report - 2003

Record-setting heat during July and August resulted in significant water stress for unirrigated vineyards. Early harvests aimed to preserve acidity, especially in whites. Reds were powerful, with high alcohol and concentration, while whites leaned toward tropical profiles. Mavrodaphne showed solid structure. This marked a turning point in climate awareness for the industry.
