Harvest Report - 2005
Spring was cooler than average, with intermittent rain delaying flowering. The rest of the season remained dry and mild, extending the growing cycle. Grapes ripened slowly, and acidity levels were notably high across many plots. Mavrodaphne showed a leaner, more classical style with notable minerality. Cellar practices focused on gentle extraction to highlight elegance over power.
