Harvest Report - 2011
A dry spring led to rapid canopy growth, but sudden June heat spikes caused partial vine stress. Cluster thinning and strategic pruning became crucial. Reds were dark and ripe; some whites were harvested early to avoid overripeness. Mavrodaphne thrived, producing age-worthy examples. This year solidified the importance of thermal mapping and agile harvest response.
