Harvest Report - 2015

One of the hottest years on record, with nearly no rainfall in July. Water stress led to early picking in low-lying vineyards. Reds were bold and concentrated, while whites were harvested pre-dawn to avoid lack of vibrancy. The year sparked widespread elevation mapping and expansion of night harvest practices.
