Harvest Report - 2023

Hot and dry, with harvest starting nearly two weeks early. Ripening was rapid and compressed, straining logistics and labor. Reds were dark, structured, and intense; whites risked flabbiness unless picked early. Mavrodaphne showed strong extraction. Night harvesting became standard for some whites.
