Description:
It is characterized by a deep garnet color and an aromatic profile of dried cherry, blackberry, dried plum, and fig, as well as herbal notes such as mint and eucalyptus. There is a subtle influence from maturation in oak barrels, expressed through aromas of vanilla, smoke, and pepper, as well as tobacco and cedar. On the palate, it is dry with refreshing acidity, round tannins, and a full body. The main flavor profile consists of dried plum and fig, black cherry, and herbal notes, with a finish of smoke, pepper, and vanilla.
