Anax Chardonnay is characterized by its pale golden color and an aromatic profile of dried fruits such as pineapple, pear, and apricot. There is a light influence from contact with the lees and maturation in oak barrels, expressed through aromas of butter caramel, hazelnut, and almond. On the palate, it is dry with mild acidity and a rich body. The dominant flavors are dried pineapple, apricot, pear, with a hazelnut, almond, and butter caramel finish.
